Frequently Asked Questions

Private Customers (B2C)

Yes, private residential construction is one of our core competencies. Whether you want to upgrade an existing single-family home, air-condition a condominium, or plan an energy-efficient new build – we offer tailor-made solutions for your home.

Absolutely! The switch to a modern heat pump, in particular, is heavily subsidized by the state (e.g., via KfW). We will advise you comprehensively beforehand on the current funding guidelines and support you in securing the maximum funding amount for your project.

You can contact us easily online or by phone. After an initial assessment of your wishes and the structural conditions, we will provide a transparent fixed-price offer, so you have full planning certainty right from the start.

No, modern indoor units from quality manufacturers operate in so-called whisper mode. They are barely audible in everyday life (often below 20 dB(A)) and are therefore perfectly suitable for bedrooms and living rooms.

Yes. If we install a new heat pump for you, we can, upon request, take care of the professional dismantling and environmentally sound disposal of your old oil or gas heating system.

We design, install and maintain large-scale VRF/multi-split air conditioning systems, ventilation systems and commercial heat pumps. Our clients include office complexes, medical practices, retail stores, hotels and industrial businesses.

Yes, the precise and fail-safe air conditioning of computer and server rooms is one of our specialties. We plan redundant systems (N+1 redundancy) so that your IT infrastructure remains protected around the clock, even in extreme outdoor temperatures.

We know that downtime is expensive for businesses. Therefore, we coordinate the assembly phases closely with you. Through structured processes, we minimize noise development and on-site disruptions so that your daily business can continue undisturbed.

Yes. For business customers, we offer individual service level agreements (SLAs). These guarantee regular statutory inspections, extended system operating times, and, in an emergency, quick response times from our technicians.

Absolutely. We handle legally compliant documentation, carry out the legally required leak tests on your refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and maintain the necessary operating logbook for your company.

A single-split system consists of one indoor unit and one outdoor unit – ideal for a single room. With a multi-split system, up to five (or more) indoor units can be connected to a single, powerful outdoor unit to cool multiple rooms independently.

Yes! Modern air conditioning systems are technically air-to-air heat pumps. They can simply reverse the refrigeration cycle. Especially during the transitional months (spring/autumn), heating with air conditioning is extremely fast, efficient, and often cheaper than the primary heating system.

We consistently rely on modern inverter technology from well-known brand manufacturers. These devices continuously adjust their output to actual demand. Almost all our systems achieve the highest energy efficiency classes (A++ to A+++), which minimizes power consumption.

Yes, modern interiors feature multi-stage filter systems. They filter not only coarse dust, but also, depending on the model, pollen, allergens, bacteria and unpleasant odours from the air – a great advantage for allergy sufferers.

Yes, almost all modern systems can be easily integrated into your smart home. You can conveniently control the systems via app on the go, set up schedules, or adjust the room temperature by voice command.

Our focus is on state-of-the-art air-to-water heat pumps and air-to-air heat pumps. These systems use the unlimited ambient heat available from the air to supply your building with highly efficient heating and hot water.

Yes, that's a widespread myth. Modern heat pumps (especially high-temperature heat pumps) achieve excellent efficiencies even in combination with traditional radiators. We determine your building's heating load in advance to design the appropriate system.

Modern heat pumps are tried and tested for Scandinavian winters and operate absolutely reliably even at temperatures as low as -20 °C. Should it get extremely cold, an integrated heating element ensures the heat supply at all times, so you don't have to freeze.

Since the heat pump draws around 75% of the required energy for free from the environment and only needs about 25% electricity to operate, it is extremely environmentally friendly. If you operate the heat pump with green electricity or your own photovoltaic system, you heat almost CO₂-neutrally.

With professional installation and regular, professional maintenance, the lifespan of a quality heat pump is approximately 15 to 20 years – comparable to conventional gas or oil heating systems, but significantly more future-proof.

We operate nationwide! Our head office is in Wiefelstede, but we design, install and maintain systems for private and business customers throughout Germany.

The process is very simple: After your inquiry by phone, email or via our contact form, we will exchange all important project data. You will receive a transparent fixed-price offer from us. After your approval, we will coordinate the installation date, our technicians will install the system ready for operation, and you will receive a detailed briefing.

Installing a single-split air conditioner usually takes only one working day. A complete heating system replacement with an air-to-water heat pump is generally completed and ready for operation within 2 to 4 working days.

Only a small core drilling through the exterior wall (approx. 6-8 cm diameter) is necessary to connect the indoor and outdoor units. This drilling will then be insulated, sealed, and neatly covered by us with discreet cable ducts.

Of course. Our installation teams work with modern tools, including integrated dust extraction. We leave your work or living area absolutely clean and take all packaging material and old devices with us immediately.

To maintain full efficiency, operational safety and the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend maintenance once a year. For commercial systems (B2B), shorter intervals may be required due to legal regulations (leak tests).

Our technician cleans and disinfects the filter units and heat exchangers, checks the refrigerant pressure and all electrical connections, inspects the condensate drain, and optimizes the system settings for minimal energy consumption.

Please make a note of or take a picture of the error code displayed on the control panel or in the app. Then, contact our customer support directly. Since we are familiar with your system, we can usually quickly narrow down and resolve the error.

Do you have a maintenance contract with us? If so, please use the service hotline number provided in it. Our technical emergency service will be with you as quickly as possible to restore your system's operational readiness.

Our focus is on the support and maintenance of systems we have planned and installed, as we can guarantee maximum quality for these. However, please feel free to inquire about individual cases – we will check our current capacities.
